Every summer nearly 50,000 people go to Falls Creek located in the Arbuckle Mountains of Davis, OK and every year, students and adults experience God in life-changing ways! 2012 looks to be no different. We are busy planning, preparing and praying for Falls Creek 2012 and we want you to go with us.

*WIN FREE FALLS CREEK ICEE’S FOR LIFE! Every student that pays at least a $25 deposit on May 16th will be entered for a drawing to receive a free ICEE every day of every year while you are at camp until you graduate.

*THE BEST GRADE! Whichever grade can bring the most people will get to pick their beds first and get a Sonic drink while at camp.

*THE MOST FRIENDS! Whichever person can bring the most friends (not an regular attender of FBCER and didn’t go to FC with us last year) will get a $2 per each friend they bring.

SAVE $50? Would you like to save some money on Falls Creek this year? FBCER Student Ministry is holding a contest in which you or a group of people can save $50 off of the Falls Creek registration. (Groups will split the $50 between all involved group members. If group consists of two people they will each get $25 off of their trip.)

HOW? From now until May 13^th individuals or groups can submit a one to two minute promotional video for Falls Creek. We will select the winner and premiere it at Summer Bash on May 16^th.

THE DETAILS: The video should make people want to go to Falls Creek. It can be funny, serious, or whatever you would like but it must include the following information.

El Reno Student Ministry is planning on mixing things up a little on Wednesday nights this summer and the fun begins tonight. On June 1 st & 15th we will be having our traditional “Big Splash Wednesdays”. These are a time for us to get together, hang out, swim, grill, worship, pray & have a student lead devotion. On June 22nd we will be traveling to see a movie together. We hope you join us on Wednesday nights this summer.Below is detailed list of our summer.

June 1st- Big Splash Wednesday 5:30pm-8:00pm (Permission Slip)

June 8th- No Activities (Super Summer)

June 15th- Big Splash Wednesday 5:30pm-8:00pm (Permission Slip)

June 22nd- Going to see movie (Permission Slip)

June 29th- No Activities ( VBS Week)

FBCER will begin registration for 1st Kids on Wedneday night, August 11th at 6:00pm.  1st Kids is a ministry of FBCER for children, Pre-K to 5th grade.  It is geared to teach children Biblical truth and lead them to understand what it means to be followers of Christ. 

If you have a child in Pre-K to 5th grade, you won’t want to miss this opportunity to enroll them in this fun and educational ministry designed to teach them about Christ.  If you have questions call the church office.  FBC also has ministries for MS & HS students, as well as small children, and adults on Wednesday nights.

What are you doing this summer? Same old stuff? Swimming, snow-cones, and sleeping? Don’t fall into the “summer as usual” routine this year! Add some excitement and adventure to your life this summer. Come to Falls Creek with First Baptist Church!

How much does it cost?

Super Early Bird- $50 (If you pay and register on May 26th)

Early Bird- $ 70 (If you pay and register between May 27th and June 27th)

Regular Bird- $ 90 (If you pay and register after June 27th)

Is there financial any assistance?

Yes! We understand that times are tough and that some people may need some assistance in paying the registration costs. We are offering a program this year called Falls Creek Adoptions. If you need help, just obtain the Falls Creek Adoption form, fill it out and turn it in with your registration envelope. (These forms will also be available online as well)
