I’m new

How do I get to FBCER?
Our building is located at 541 Mercy Drive in El Reno, OK. We are off of 27th Street, south of the El Reno Public Safety Building.

Where do I go when I get there?
We have special parking spaces for you. They are located right up front by the tall tower. Once you are parked,  head into the building through entrance at the tower. Once inside you should be greeted by some of our awesome people and they will direct you to our Welcome Center and there they will help you get to the places you need to go.

What is there for me?
On Sunday mornings, we have two identical worship services at 9:30am & 11:00am. Our worship services are refreshing times of worship with a mixture of songs both old and new accompanied by guitars, piano, keys, and drums. Before and after the worship service, you have the opportunity to experience meaningful community by taking part in one of many small groups offered at 8:30am(adults only), 9:30am & 11:00am.

What should I wear?
At FBCER, we are not so concerned about the type clothes you wear. People wear all kinds of things here: jeans, shorts, suits and all other type of combinations. Just be you and you will be fine.

What about my kids?
We love kids! We have small groups for all ages of your kids during both hours. During both of our worship services we offer nursery care for all babies through three year olds and have Kid’s Church for Pre-K through 3rd grade. All of Preschool and Kids Ministry happens in the east wing of our building. This wing is secure and once your child is checked in they will not leave until you come and pick them up.

The preschool & children’s department seeks to provide a safe and secure environment so that parents can worship worry-free. You and your kids will love Sundays at FBCER!

What to expect?

We know what it’s like to be the new person in the room. With that in mind, here’s what you can expect from a typical Sunday morning at FBCER:

•    A service that usually lasts around an hour
•    Great, engaging worship music
•    Friendly people who will help you find your way around
•    Biblically-based messages that are relevant to your life
•    Fun, safe programming for your kids
•    A place to be yourself and meet new friends

So…make yourself at home! Grab a cup of coffee, get comfortable, and participate as much or as little as you like. Kick off your shoes if you want…we just want you to feel welcome here.

We hope FBCER is a safe place for you to explore faith. No matter where you’re coming from – whether you’re single, married, republican, democrat, with kids, without kids, blue collar, white collar…and anything in between – we invite you to come and see what FBCER is all about. No “church experience” necessary!
