SummerTime Switch beginning May 25

FBCER is excited to begin something new this summer!

The Change: Due to the school’s summer maintenance schedule we will not be having small groups at the high school this summer (May 25 thru July13). Instead, we will be offering large group bible studies in the annex and the church office. Our schedule will stay the same with worship at 9:00 & 10:30am and the large group studies offered at  9:00 & 10:30am as well.
The Classes: We will be offering two different studies.

  • “Fast Track: Genesis to Revelation” introduces the entire Bible, Genesis to Revelation, in eight sessions. This study will use a video segment with interactive teaching and small group discussions. You will be guided to understand key story points and track along with the principle figures, major events and session themes such as Trust Me, Don’t Give Up and Facing Adversity. A Learner Guide is available but not required for $5.
  • “The Wiersbe Revelation Bible Study Series” The book of Revelation is one of the most intriguing & mysterious books of the Bible. Filled with vivid imagery, rich themes, and deep spiritual insights, it can be challenging to read and understand. Yet woven throughout Revelation’s sweeping tapestry is a unifying message: The victory found in Jesus Christ. This Bible study takes an in-depth, yet practical, look at the book of Revelation, and shares how we can experience a victorious life. This study will include live teaching and group discussion. A Learner Guide is available but not required for $5.

Children: There will be a special small group session at 9:00am for Pre-K & K in the First Steps building and for 1st-6th graders in the HS Cafeteria. During the 10:30am service we will have Kid’s Church for Pre-k thru 6th graders in the HS Cafeteria. Students 7th grade and above are invited to join the other group studies.
