FBCER Family Ministry is exciting to begin a five-week study on parenting on January 12.

Beginning on January 12 there will be something for parents and children on Sunday nights at 5:30pm.

For Parents: Accelerate Parenting Study, Sunday nights at 5:30pm in FBCER Office Building. Tyler will be leading us through Accelerate, a new book compiled by Dr. Richard Ross. The book looks at the rising problem of children growing up underdeveloped and unprepared for the real world but it doesn’t merely diagnose a problem the book offers parents insight to help them raise children that are prepared to live for Jesus and make an impact in this world.

We will read a couple chapters per week and gather weekly to discuss and watch a video by Dr. Ross. Books cost $10 and can be ordered through here.

For 1^st-6^th Graders: During the Accelerate study, our 1^st-6^th graders will have the opportunity to build a pinewood derby car. Under the supervision of some gifted volunteers, children will get to design their car, sand it, paint it and accessorize it.   If your child is planning on taking part please RSVP when you order your book.  They will be meeting at the Youth Annex.

For Kindergartners and below: We will be offering age-appropiate childcare for our younger children at First Steps Building.
