Week 1 (January 6th): How Does Scripture Guide Us?

• If the Bible ever seems boring or worse, unhelpful, this class is for you. Join us and learn how to read the Bible in a way that is exciting and life-changing.

Week 2 (January 13th): The Story of the Old Testament

• The Bible can be a confusing book, especially the Old Testament.  This Equip Class will help you understand the story of the Old Testament and, more importantly, help you see what this old story has to do with life today.

Week 3 (January 20th): Can We Trust the Bible?

• How can we be sure that what we read in our Bibles is what the original biblical authors wrote down thousands of years ago? In this class we will look at both sides of this debate (examining both the arguments of Bible-believers and Bible-critics) to help us see that the Bible truly can be trusted.

Week 4 (January 27th): How to Read the Bible

• We know that a lot of you are reading through the Bible with us using different methods (i.e. B.R.E.A.D, H.E.A.R., etc.).  So in tonight’s Equip class, rather than discussing one particular method, we’ll be looking at 3 principles that factor into any good Bible study method.
