Kingdom Weekend 2014
January 8, 2014
Students 7th-12th grade are invited to be a part of Kingdom Weekend 2014 on Feb 7 & 8!
Kingdom Weekend is a discipleship weekend for students to gather together to be challenged and strengthened in their faith! KW will begin on Friday night and last around 24 hours until Saturday evening. Students will worship together, be taught God’s word, have small group discussions, spend the night at a church members house, complete a mission project and have a bunch of fun! This year we have the privilege of having Abraham Wright coming back to speak to our students. The cost to attend is $25 per student if you pay by January 29 and $35 per student if you pay after.

KW13 FAQ’S
Will my student need any extra money? Extra money is optional. The registration fee will cover all expenses for your student during the weekend. There may be an opportunity for students to purchase from a concession stand at our fun activity on Saturday. Other than that additional money won’t be needed.
Where will my student be spending the night? Church members, that we know and trust, willingly open up their home to allow a group of students come stay the night. We place the students in the homes in gender specific and age specific groups. Students will normally sleep on the floor.
What does my student need to bring? This is only a 24 hour event so students do not need to bring a ton of things. Below is a list of the essentials.
- A change of clothes for Saturday. Think casual and comfortable.
- Bedding. Sleeping bag, blankets, pillow, etc.
- Needed toiletries. Whatever you will need to get ready for a day. (toothbrush & deodorant are highly encouraged)
- A Bible and supplies to take notes.
- A willing spirit and teachable mind.
