Join FBCER in bringing a little Christmas joy to the residents of Care Living Center, Grace Living Center & St. Katherine’s this holiday season.

Goal: We want to provide a gift for each nursing home resident and we need your help to make that a reality. We will need to have 59 gifts for men and 115 gifts for women. We need 174 total gifts.

How: We are asking small groups, families or individuals to prepare a gift with the following items: a throw blanket, socks with grippers and a bottle of hand lotion. Gather those three items; place them in a Christmas gift bag, mark the bag for either a male or female and your gift is ready to go. Monetary donations for this project are also welcomed; please designate it to the “Nursing Home Project.”

Due Date: We need all gifts and/or donations turned in to the church office or the welcome desk by Sunday, December 15.

Delivery Date: We will be delivering to Grace and Care on Wednesday, December 18. The church vehicle will leave from the Youth Annex at 5:45pm. We will sing a few Christmas carols, hand out the gifts and then head back to the youth annex for a tasty soup fellowship.

Soup Needed: Do you have a favorite soup that you would like to share with the world? Make it, put it in a crockpot and bring it up to the youth annex for our soup fellowship. Drinks, crackers & desserts will be provided.
